„Das Produkt an sich ist sehr schön. Allerdings ist es für mich nicht akzeptabel, dass ich Anthrazit bestelle und stattdessen ein hellgraues Produkt erhalte. Zusätzlich soll ich auch noch die Versandkosten selbst tragen – das ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und äußerst ärgerlich.“
