Online Shopping with Advance Payment / Bank Transfer – 1% Discount from €2,500 Cart Value

The advance payment system is very similar to a traditional online bank transfer. However, the amount to be transferred is not sent directly to the recipient, but rather to an intermediary account managed and monitored by our payment provider, PayOne.

Your benefit when paying by advance payment / bank transfer: For orders with a cart value of €2,500 or more, you will receive a 1% discount on your purchase.

Please note: For advance payment, the stated delivery time begins only after the payment has been received in our account. Depending on your bank, this may take approximately 2–4 working days.

Online Shopping with Instant Bank Transfer (Sofortüberweisung)

Discover the simple and secure way to shop online: With instant bank transfer, you can complete your purchases quickly and easily—so you can move straight on to the next step: looking forward to your delivery!

After selecting the payment method "Sofortüberweisung," you will be redirected to a pre-filled transfer form. Once you enter your online banking details, the payment is processed immediately.

Card Verification Code:
The card verification code, also known as the CVC2, consists of the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the back of your card. At GreenQueen®, this code is additionally required during checkout to ensure that the buyer is in actual possession of the card and not using old card receipts.

Purchase on Account (1% Payment Fee)

Pay your invoice conveniently within 14 days of the shipment of your goods. A payment fee of 1% of the invoice amount applies to this payment method. The maximum order value is €1,500, and this option is only available to customers in Germany and Austria.

Important:
Partial deliveries are not possible with this payment method; your order will be shipped in full as a single delivery. Additionally, it is not possible to change the billing or shipping address afterwards—these must be identical.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our payment service provider containing the necessary payment information, including bank details and reference number. Please use this information when paying the invoice amount.
