Stiebel Eltron DEM 3 mini instantaneous water heater 231001

APPLICATION: Plug-in instantaneous water heater for hand basins in guest bathrooms. Instant lukewarm water (approx. 35°C). Not suitable for kitchens and bathrooms – a STIEBEL ELTRON small storage tank or instantaneous water heater of 11 kW or higher is required.
EFFICIENT: Includes a special aerator (included) for a pleasantly soft water stream. Saves water and energy without sacrificing comfort.
FITTING: For pressure-resistant (recognizable by the 2 connecting hoses) & pressureless fitting (recognizable by the 3 connecting hoses)
INSTALLATION: Horizontal wall mounting only, above or below the table. 230V safety plug.
WATER TEMPERATURE INCREASE by 25 degrees: The outlet temperature at the faucet depends on the cold water supply in the building. Hot water flow rate: max. 2.0 l/min
