Im Gegensatz zum Original ist das Ersatzteil aus Kunststoff und sehr leicht. Man muss mehrfach drücken um überhaupt Seife heraus zubekommen.

Ich hatte ein Ersatzteil für einen Lotionsspender der Fa. Hans Grohe bestellt. Das gelieferte Pumpteil ist einwandfrei. Zu beanstanden war, dass der Rechnungsbetrag bereits von meinem Kreditkarten abgebucht worden war, obwohl noch keine Lieferung erfolgt war.

Harmonised EU legal guarantee notice

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
