Bei der ersten Lieferung kamen die beiden Artikel defekt an. Nach Reklamation hatte ich etwas zeitversetzt das Rücksendeformular erhalten. Die Ersatzlieferung erfolgte eine Woche später, welche allerdings wieder beschädigte Artikel enthielt. Rückmeldung auf meine Reklamation steht aus

Legal guarantee

Harmonised EU legal guarantee notice

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
