    Wir mussten den Artikel reklamieren, da er kaputt hier ankam. Der Hersteller wurde eingeschaltet, hat sich aber nicht gemeldet. Die Mitarbeiter von Skybad haben sich wirklich sehr bemüht und sich immer wieder zwischendurch gemeldet, um mich auf den aktuellen Stand zu bringen. Zuguterletzt hat Skybad den Artikel nochmal geschickt - diesmal unbeschädigt und mir auch einen kostenlosen Retourenschein für den defekten WC-Sitz geschickt. Alles in allem sehr guter Kundenservice. Danke
