Ewuaqua eco3 4-40 deep well pump 3" 23510

The eco3 is a multi-stage submersible motor pump for wells and boreholes with a diameter of 3" (DN 80) and larger, consisting of stainless steel hydraulics with filter sieve (i3 hydraulics), 1-phase submersible motor with integrated capacitor and round cable. Hydraulics and motor Nema standard and are directly connected using a coupling.

The i3 hydraulics is a high-quality iWater product that is made entirely of stainless steel except for the impellers and idler wheels and has a special built-in check valve to protect the pump-motor unit against "punch-through". Optimized hydraulic components guarantee high overall efficiency, which reduces energy consumption and makes the pump system work more cost-efficiently. The hydraulics also have a suction strainer, a cable protector, fastening eyes and a connecting piece as a threaded socket 1". The impellers made of Noryl are radial impellers, i.e. impeller blades at right angles to the impeller for better pressure conditions. The hydraulics can be operated permanently vertically, the pumped medium may be chemical and not be mechanically aggressive, the water temperature range must be between 0 °C and 40 °C and the maximum permitted amount of sand is 60 gr./m³ with a grain size of max. 2 mm.

Stainless steel single phase submersible motor, which is of high quality and efficiency, with good efficiency for low operating cost. The use of this motor with integrated capacitor offers a high level of reliability, is simple and easy to install and is ideal for applications where 3 phase motors cannot be used. The motor has thermal overload protection, a double mechanical seal made of carbon and ceramic (silicon carbide) and a membrane for pressure compensation as well as a 30m, 40m or 50m long electrical connection cable with open ends. An oil filling with cooking oil (No. 10 food oil) is used to prevent contamination of the well. When operating with a frequency converter, it is important to ensure that the limit values of at least 30 Hz and a maximum of 50 are not exceeded or fallen below. As a pump in combination with hydraulics, the underwater motor ensures the extraction of water from boreholes, wells, cisterns, water reservoirs and surface waters (such as lakes or the sea), provided that when using the pump it is guaranteed that a minimum flow speed of 8cm/s for cooling of the motor (otherwise a cooling jacket must be used) and the temperature of the pumped medium and the ambient temperature are not higher than +40°C. The motor should not achieve a maximum of 20 evenly spaced starts and stops per hour with an on/off time of 60 seconds. It is a single-phase motor with a voltage of 220V - 230V at a frequency of 50 Hz in the network. Motor suitable for continuous operation, the maximum immersion depth is 70m.

When the pump is running, the pressure port must be submerged at least 1m below the lowest dynamic water level. It is therefore recommended to install a dry-running protection device that stops the pump if the water level falls below this limit. The minimum distance between the pump position and the bottom of the well must prevent mud or sand from accumulating around the motor, potentially causing overheating. The water is sucked in via a filter sieve between the hydraulics and the motor of the pump, and the resulting flow cools the motor.

The pump is ideal for pumping useful water from wells and boreholes (well water pumping), pumping water from river or lake water as well as for operation as pressure boosting systems and groundwater heating systems.
