BWT inner pipe sealing through mineral dosing.
With each water withdrawal, the DVGW-tested mineral dosing devices dose less than 0.005g (5 mg/l) of the mineral combinations QUANTOPHOS/IMPULSAN per liter. These react on the inner walls of the pipes and gradually form a thin but firmly adhering protective layer that separates the water from the pipe (inner pipe sealing). Existing rust/corrosion sources are infiltrated (encapsulated) and rendered harmless. This means that corroded pipes are restored.

Dosing device base body

Electronically controlled mineral dosing device with integrated diagnostic system, coding switch, optical reserve indicator and optical/acoustic container change indicator.

Installation in horizontal and vertical pipes made of all materials is possible.

Scope of delivery and price without mineral container
The connection module (30012 for 3/4", 30014 for 1" and 30020 for 11/4") is not included in delivery; please order separately.
