Good advice is important - especially when shopping online. If it is also an online shop for bathroom and sanitary products, in-depth specialist advice is essential in most cases. We at Skybad know this. We are aware that shopping on the Internet is accompanied by many questions: Is the online shop trustworthy? How do the ordering process and payment work? How do I proceed with a return? We are also aware that bathroom renovation is not an easy one and that help is needed in choosing the right products.

Skybad is well prepared for all these points and has set itself the goal of always offering you the service that fulfills your request with 100 percent satisfaction. Of course, language plays a major role in this. That's why we offer our service in five languages: German, English, French, Spanish and even Turkish.

You can reach our service team by phone Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on +49 241 - 518 326 11. If the hotline is not manned or if you prefer to write, you can of course email us at any time Write to info@skybad.de. Alternatively, we offer you to use our contact form. Our team will process your request as soon as possible and then contact you.

Regardless of whether you have questions about our products, ordering processes, dispatches, assemblies or ideas and inspiration, our qualified consultants will be happy to answer your questions and look forward to accompanying you on the way to your wellness bathroom.

Legal guarantee

Harmonised EU legal guarantee notice

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
