Delivery and shipping cost
The final shipping costs are determined by the total number of shipping cost points of the individual items. The shipping cost points are specified for each item. If the total number of shipping cost points reaches 3,201 or more, the item will be shipped via freight forwarding.
For orders with a total value of €2,000 or more and for items that have "0" shipping cost points, we offer free shipping within Germany. The remaining amount required to qualify for free shipping will be displayed in your shopping cart.
All parcel shipments are carried out with DPD.
The estimated delivery time for each item can be found in the respective product descriptions.
For international deliveries, the delivery time may be extended due to international shipping conditions.
Shipping costs are exclusive of packaging costs.
There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for small quantities.
Please note: For prepayment (bank transfer), the indicated delivery time applies only after receipt of payment in our account! Please note that this may take up to 4 business days.

Express Delivery:
Express delivery is only available for items that are in stock and can be shipped via parcel service. Delivery is limited to the German mainland and parcels up to 31.5 kg. The following surcharges apply per parcel in addition to the standard shipping costs:
Island Surcharge:
For deliveries to a German island group, we charge an island surcharge of €12.00.
Delivery to Non-EU Countries:

Returns
Please contact us via email at info@skybad.de before returning any items.
In the case of a withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period, you are responsible for the return shipping costs for both parcel and freight deliveries. We cannot accept parcels sent without prepaid postage. For items delivered by freight carrier, we will arrange for collection at your location. For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please return the goods in an outer protective packaging.
