FAQ - Frequently asked questions

How can I order from Skybad?
Orders can only be placed online in our shop. It is not possible to order via telephone, email or fax! Further information can be found under Order Process.

Are all the products offered original goods?
Basically, we only offer original and quality-tested products from well-known manufacturers. 

Do the prices include VAT.?
Yes, the German VAT. of 19% is included.
Please note that for orders abroad the VAT. can be adapted to the respective tax rate. For further information click on the small globe located at the top of the website. 

Does Skybad make individual offers as well?
For the articles offered in our shop we do not make individual offers. The prices applicable are those in our shop. If you can prove that an article is sold at a lower price and under the same conditions by another supplier, we pay you back the difference. Therefore please look at our Best Price Guarantee Conditions. Of course you can also profit from our attractive Cash in advance discounts.

Are all the product images and colour illustrations binding?
Since the colour display is different from screen to screen, product images, drawings or illustration cannot be binding. Moreover, it is not possible to offer photos of all possible colour variations or sizes of a product. Thus the relevant information can be found in the product description.
Due to the large amount of product images there may be errors in the assignment of images.

Not everything you see on the product images is included in the delivery. This is why we ask you to always read the corresponding product description. Please also notice the list of accessories

An example:
Most of the product images of wash basins also show a half pedestal or a mounting stand and a valve. However, fittings and columns are not included and must be ordered separately.

Is there a right of withdrawal for business customers?
Our General Terms and Conditions solely apply to all contracts, concluded with consumers.
The legislation only provides a right of withdrawal for the consumer, not for business customers.
Paragraph 4 of our Terms emphasizes this again at the very beginning. There is a right of withdrawal, but this does not apply to entrepreneurs.
Thus unfortunately entrepreneurs cannot exert any revocation.

How does a return work?
For returns please contact us via our email address or via telephone 02408-704930.  
According to the new consumer law from June 13, 2014 the buyer bears the costs of the return.

To return your product, please send it to the following address:

Packages with delivery costs unpaid cannot be accepted.
Please send your product back in an overpack.
Products that have been delivered by forwarding agency will be picked up. The forwarding company will contact you to arrange an appointment. Please not that we will have to charge the shipping fee in the amount of €40-80 with your credit.

What do I do if the product has been delivered defective?
In case a product is defective when it arrives, please send us a picture of the defect to the email address
For parcel delivery, we will send you a return label so you can return the article free of charge.
For deliveries by forwarding agency we will exchange the article on site.
