How can I place an order at Skybad?

Skybad is an online-only store, which means orders can only be placed through our website. It is not possible to order by phone, email, or fax. We also do not have a pick-up warehouse or showroom where you can view the products in advance. For more details about placing an order, please refer to the "Order Process" section. Please note: we do not deliver to DHL Packstations, so make sure your shipping address is suitable for standard delivery.


Are the products offered original branded goods?

We exclusively offer original products from well-known brand manufacturers, all in certified quality.


Are the displayed prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, the German VAT of currently 19% is already included in the displayed prices. Please note that for orders shipped abroad, the VAT may be adjusted to the applicable local tax rate. To change your destination country, click on the small globe icon at the top of the Skybad website. Important: For deliveries to Switzerland, partial shipments are not possible..


Does Skybad offer custom quotes?

We do not provide individual quotes for the items offered in our shop. The prices listed in our online store apply. However, if you can prove that an item is being offered at a lower price by another provider under the same conditions, we will refund you the difference. Please refer to our Best Price Guarantee terms for details. Additionally, please note that Skybad does not offer discount coupons. If you come across such coupons online, they are not valid. Instead, you can take advantage of our attractive advance payment discount.


Are the product images and color representations binding?

Since color representation can vary from screen to screen, product images, drawings, or illustrations are not binding. It is also not possible to show photos of every available color variant or size of a product. The decisive information can be found in the **product description**, and we reserve the right to correct any publishing errors. Please also note that not everything shown in the product images is included in the scope of delivery. Always read the product description and the list of accessories carefully. Example:Most product images of washbasins also show a pedestal or semi-pedestal and a faucet. However, faucets and pedestals are not included in the delivery and must be ordered separately..


How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on whether you are purchasing stock items or made-to-order items. Stock items are usually delivered within 3 days, while made-to-order items can take up to 4 weeks. You can determine whether an item is in stock or made to order by the colored dots next to the product images. Stock items are marked in green, made-to-order items in yellow or blue. The delivery time also depends on the country of delivery. Items shipped outside of Germany usually take a few days longer. If you purchase both stock and made-to-order items, you will have the option to request partial deliveries during the checkout process. If you do not choose this option, we will ship all items together in one delivery—out of consideration for the environment—as soon as all products are ready for dispatch.


How much does shipping cost?

Skybad works with shipping cost points, which are listed next to the products. These, along with the delivery country, determine the shipping costs. A detailed overview of shipping costs within and outside of Germany can be found in a separately listed table.


Does the right of withdrawal also apply to business customers?

**Our Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts concluded with consumers.** According to legal regulations, the right of withdrawal is granted to consumers only, not to business customers. You can also find this information in Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions, which clearly states that the right of withdrawal applies to consumers, but not to entrepreneurs. How does a return work?

Please contact us for returns via our email address info@skybad.de or by phone at +49 241 - 5183260. According to the new consumer rights law effective from June 13, 2014, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Unpaid (collect) parcelscannot be accepted. Please return the packages to us using an outer protective packaging. If the item is a freight shipment, our shipping company will arrange pickup from your location. The freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a pickup date. What should i do if the item was delivered damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the defect along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to info@skybad.de. For parcel deliveries, we will provide you with a return label so you can send the item back to us free of charge. For freight deliveries, we will arrange for the item to be exchanged directly at your location.
