Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Skybad GmbH, Schillerstraße 90, 52477 Alsdorf, Germany, Email: info@skybad.de, Tel: +49 (0)241 - 5183260) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
If you received the goods via parcel service (e.g., DPD, DHL), you must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
If the goods were delivered by freight carrier, we will arrange for the goods to be collected from you. You will bear the costs of the return shipment, which will not exceed €99.90 per delivery.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging including all accessories and packaging components. To avoid damage or contamination, please use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to prevent transport damage. The recommendations in this paragraph are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
